Update on Good Multi Soft-Chews recall

We apologise to our customers effected by this issue, and want to reassure all our customers we take our products’ safety and quality extremely seriously.

What action have you taken?  
After we received the first customer complaint in late February, we had the product independently tested. This test did not identify any allergens.

However, after we received more complaints we ceased supply of specific batches of the product and sent a precautionary recall to retailers. We also commissioned further independent testing of the product, which again did not identify any allergens.

Since then, we have worked closely with Medsafe and have undertaken a full customer recall of the product. Please note that no other batches or products are impacted by the recall.

What is the issue? 
We believe the issue may be down to a change in one ingredient supplier. Given this, we went back to our original supplier in April.

Which product batches are affected? 

  • The Good Vitamin Co Kids Good Multi 90 Soft-Chews
    • Barcode: 9421904632011 | Batch Number: GV011015
  • The Good Vitamin Co Kids Good Multi 160 Soft-Chews
    • Barcode: 9421904632363 | Batch Numbers: GV011017V, GV011018V
  • No other batches or Good Vitamin Co products are affected

What should I do if I have an affected product? 
Consumers should stop using affected batches immediately and return them to the place of purchase for a full refund or replacement.

If you or your child have experienced any adverse reaction after consuming the product, seek medical advice if required.

We acknowledge and regret that some time has passed since the first complaints were received. However, throughout that period we undertook numerous steps to rectify the issue.
