SHIPPING

SHIPPING TERMS

• We offer free shipping within New Zealand on orders over $100.00NZD.
• All orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri (also on Saturday with extra charge) will leave same day from our warehouse.
• Outside of business hours, during public holidays and weekends we will be unable to ship your order, as courier companies do not operate.
• We are unable to deliver to PO BOXES. Please use physical address details. This includes a company name if you are getting it sent to a work address.
• All orders paid by bank deposit will be processed and shipped the day funds clear in our bank accounts. This usually takes up to two working days.
• For bulk orders, please contact us to enquire about the shipping rates.

No matter where you are in the world, we are able to ship directly to you. Please enquire with us to find out the delivery fees to your country. Note that The Good Vitamin Co. is not responsible for any customs taxes or duty in your country.
