I have chronic pain, from a life changing injury that ended my professional sailing career. Another symptom of the injury is sleep deprivation. Fibromyalgia gives me disrupted sleep, insomnia, and poor-quality sleep - for the last 5 years the only way I could get to sleep was with melatonin, but I know it's not good to take it long term so I wanted an alternative. My pharmacist recommended this instead and I literally CAN NOT BELIEVE IT WORKS! I've ditched the melatonin and become a huge Good Vitamin Co fan!
They don’t taste the best but they do work! Coming from someone who generally suffers a bit of insomnia.
Have been using these for over a week and I can already feel the difference as I have such bad sleeping habits and wake most of the night but these make my brain switch off faster so its easier to fall into a deep slumber and get a good solid block of sleep. I cant wait to see how they work further into taking them. Not so keen on the cherry smell but the taste is good.

I have insomnia and have tried so many products to try and help and these gummies don't help me get to sleep at all but they do help me stay asleep and not wake up until my alarms. So... I'm not too sure what to think at the moment. I like the flavour and texture though. I wish maybe they had a bit more magnesium in them too.
These have definitely helped with my sleep. The taste is definitely an acquired one but they are definitely worth it!
I sware by these. Have them before I hop into bed, read for a bit and then boom...much more restful sleeps I believe
