The Good Vitamin Co Kids Good Multi 160 Soft-Chews | Batch: GV011017V, GV011018V

We apologise to our customers effected by this issue and want to reassure all our customers we take our products’ safety and quality extremely seriously.

After we received the first customer complaint in late February, we had the product independently tested. This test did not identify any allergens.

However, after we received more complaints we ceased supply of specific batches of the product and sent a precautionary recall to retailers. We also commissioned further independent testing of the product, which again did not identify any allergens.

Since then, we have worked closely with Medsafe and have undertaken a full customer recall of the product. Please note that no other batches or products are impacted by the recall.

We believe the issue may be down to a change in one ingredient supplier. Given this, we went back to our original supplier in April.

We acknowledge and regret that some time has passed since the first complaints were received. However, throughout that period we undertook numerous steps to rectify the issue.
