Also, Calcium helps to maximise bone strength, and keep bones healthy for their best start in life during the early childhood and teenage years.

Vitamin D3
Vitamin D3, known as the ‘’sunshine’’ vitamin, assists with the frequency of cell growth, neuro-muscular and healthy immune system function. Lack of Vitamin D3 can result in bone weakness, and increase the risk of fractures. Many young children can be low in Vitamin D3 due to lack of natural sun exposure, and therefore supplementation is essential for their best start in life.

DHA
Docosahexaenoic acid is important for children’s healthy brain and eye development. DHA intake is crucial during children’s first two years of life and early childhood. During the time from birth through to five years of age, a child’s brain increases approximately 3.5 times its total mass. Consuming adequate amounts of DHA during this time, will help support your child’s rapid brain growth and development.
